I have been mixing things by hand and making breads by hands–I herniated some discs in my neck and then that was not so easy the solution this mixer…and I love pink..and a portion of the proceeds go to research breast cancer and find a cure. :)
Which is better a regular dough hook or the spiral hook on a kitchen aid mixer?
I am trying to decide artisan stand mixer between the artisan and the pro series on the Kitchenaid Stand mixer. I noticed the dough hook is different on the two, which is better? and what about it being coated or the burnished steel?
