We are extremely happy with this bowl. It is a genuine part for the 4.5 quart mixers. The bowl that came with our mixer has no handle, so we can store it inside this bowl, on the machine – no extra counter/cupboard space required! Just this past week, we were in an outlet mall and saw the same bowl for about $20 more than Amazon. We didn’t think we even needed a second bowl until we got one; now we use it in most recipes.

Kitchen Aid Marshmallow Rolled Fondant Recipe?
I've enrolled in the Wilton's Course 3 cake decorating course and we're supposed to bring a batch of rolled fondant to the first class. kitchen aid kl26m8x0b I COULD buy the Wilton's rolled fondant, but I've heard that it doesn't taste that great. One of the Wilton's instructors told me that homemade marshmallow rolled fondant tastes much better. My question is, does anyone have a good recipe for marshmallow rolled fondant that I can make in my Kitchen Aid mixer? Detailed instructions would be very appreciated!
