OH MY GOSH…TALK ABOUT A GREAT MIXER. I BAKE ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR MY HUSBAND AND MY GRANDSON… BOY THIS MIXER DOES IT ALL. LOVE THE POWER. THE ATTACHEMENTS ARE GREAT AND MAKE FOR EASY CLEAN UP. FROM COOKIES TO BROWNIES TO PIES TO CAKES & ICINGS THIS ONE DOES IT ALL AND MORE ECONOMICAL THAN THE KITCHENAID.
Where to find Hamilton Beach Eclectrics products in the color Sea Breeze?
I have been looking for nearly a year now and I can't find a coffeemaker, stand mixer, or a retro eclectrics sterling all-metal stand mixer drink mixer ANYWHERE! I already own the toaster and blender. I have looked on eBay, Amazon, Overstock, Yahoo, in tons of stores, and regular web searches. bought for my lovely wife for christmas and she got it a little early to help with the huge family christmas dinner she was preparing for the first time. tried and tested, she said it is the best item i have ever bought her. kitchen aid is no longer the best trust me i lokked at bouth extensively.
A new addition to our kitchen, we are VERY impressed with the performance of this mixer. It’s extremely quiet, and the very large motor has plenty of power for just about anything. For years, KitchenAid was the only choice in the large mixer market, but since they started making all of them overseas, quality just isn’t there, anymore. In fact, we started out with a KitchenAid, and decided to return it to the store where purchased.
The Hamilton Beach 63220 Mixer will not let you down. It is a breeze to operate. It is quite heavy duty, being about the same size as most of the smaller model KitchenAid models. Plan accordingly for storage.
This model has remained essentially unchanged for a few years now. My unit was manufactured in Canada. I feel more confident about quality than I ever would from the current KitchenAid models.
I purchased this machine cause at the time I could not afford a Kitchen Aid. This machine is ideal for mixing frosting made with vegetable shortening as this can become stiff and put strain on your regular mixer motor (I can testify I lost two hand mixers). The other attachments has proven to be useful as well, I used the dough hook to make fondant and was satisfied with the results. I appreciate the fact the mixer is quiet and I mean quiet it does not disturb anyone while I work, clean up is easy as well. The thing that dissapointed me with this product is that it does not have any further attachments,eg. pasta machine etc. But overall I would recommend this product.
